Yes! Your pets are always welcome in the park. All sites are pet friendly and we have a selection of cabins (Studio Bungalow, Classic & Reserve) which also allow you to keep them inside.
When you are travelling with your pets, please remember that they cannot be left here unattended so plan ahead to ensure they can go all the places you plan to go.

We provide all linen for our accommodation bookings. This covers your bedding, spare blankets and towels. A linen change is completed on your 5th day of staying with us, however we are happy to exchange old for new on any day at your request.

Wherever possible we will do our best to facilitate an early arrival. As soon as your site/accommodation has been vacated and cleaned by our team we will notify you via SMS. Once you have received this message you can check in with us, even if its 9am.

On the day of your departure if available our office team may be able to extend your departure time. To guarantee a late departure we recommend that you book an extra nights stay.

We do not accept reservations for any dates further then 12 months in advance, and for our Summer Holiday Period reservations can be placed from the 1st of February for the summer of that following year.

We do have a complimentary Wi-Fi network available in the park. Please remember that this network is shared with many people, and over a great distance so will not be the same as a home network and unsuitable for streaming movies.

We can only have 1 car per reservation inside the park grounds. If you need to bring a second vehicle on your stay there is on street parking available on both Baird Street and Point Road.

Yes! Our turf has been designed so that you are able to use your regular pegs on any area of the site. A regular peg with a hammer will be suitable. We do not allow the use of screw or spiral style pegs as this will damage the turf.

No fires of any kind are permitted at the park at any time of year. This also includes the use of charcoal cookers and heat beads.
